- Booking should be made directly with the hotel.
- Points will be added to your account after the guests’ departure date.
- We do not reward points for no shows, or cancelled bookings.
- Points are valid for 18 months after the date earned. Points not redeemed within this time will be forfeited.
- Members may opt not to personally claim their gifts, in this case, The Central Hotel will offer the gifts as spot prizes to a nominated charity
- The Central Hotel reserves the right to alter the range of points and gifts offered.
